The tour bus did the popular drive circuit stopping for a photo opportunity of the famous landmark, the Bush Compound. How privileged some families are to enjoy the panoramic seascape that living in a grand New England mansion on a peninsula offers.

The main element of Walker's Point is the good little pull off to see the current home of President George H W Bush. Surrounding homes and scenery are somewhat limited but the view of the Presidents home is quite good. I felt it was worth the short drive from town. A bit of history.

The views were spectacular and the most interesting site was President Bush 's summer home. Mr. Bush and wife had just arrived the second day we took the driving tour taking advantage of the sunny and warmer day. You can see the flags flying in the front yard of the complex and they indicated the Presdent's presence at his summer... More

A quick drive to Walker's Point from Kennebunkport Port's dining and shopping. The flags were up, the Bush family is in residence!

I sure wish I could visit the inside of this beautiful place. It's a well taken care of place. I know I'd have my own lobster trap in the water. Watching the waves is mesmerizing, no two waves are alike. Just a beautiful place !!

A beautiful drive along Walkers Point form KBP... lots of places to pull over and sight see. Benches to sit and take in the ocean, moderate walk from the eastern resorts of KBP.

Walker's Point in itself is a spectacular setting. And, there is always a chance that you will see George W himself, especially in the summer months. If there is a boat moored in the middle of the small water inlet in front of the house, the chance is very good. I have observed Secret Service divers inspecting the boat, driving... More
