Historic Australian homestead in rural NSW. This property is only open a few times a year and is constantly being restored. Well worth a visit when it’s open. It can be very busy and there is an entry fee (cash only). Allow a few hours...More

This place is not open often, so if you get the chance go for a drive and have a look around. we enjoyed several hours here and managed to get in early before the majority of people turned up. BBQ lunch, tea and coffee were...More

A wonderful experience taking a leisurely stroll around this stately home, together with the adjacent stables and (on our visit anyway) a third-party working exhibition of old steam and petrol driven farm machinery and of the original genset used in past years to power the...More

Iandra Castle is a great place to go for the day. Get a tour and purchase some local arts and crafts. The building is a step back in time being completed in 1911. You really get a feel for how people lived back then. Ensure...More

This was disappointing. The house and gardens are beautiful but the massive crowds and lack of information outweighed this. Guided tours would be harder to timetable than current method of a free-for-all but would greatly improve the experience.
