This family makes the most beautiful and functional kitchen ware! They are also a wonderful family and devoted to their art and community. Start with a set of 2 dishes and mugs, and grow your collection over the years. They will still be making them, don't worry!

My family has Rackliffe all over our houses. Very friendly staff and owner. Worth a visit even if you don't want to buy anything.

Rackliffe Pottery is a family owned and run. Fourth Generation. Exceptional Pottery. Their pottery is sold everywhere in Maine and beyond. Every piece is signed by the artist. ( If it's not signed by the artist, don't buy it) If you go to Maine, don't leave with out a piece

This is a real pottery studio with a small retail operation adjacent to it, not some outlet store, they make it... More

We found a beautiful bowl and lamp here but the icing on the cake was a tour from the friendly and knowledgeable owner! So much fun!

We stopped at several pottery shops in Maine and Rackliffe Pottery is very good quality. You will not be disappointed in your visit/shopping experience. Love the Blue Hill blue color. Bought several pieces and only wish I would have bought more. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Our group of 4 stopped by Rackliffe Pottery because one couple had bought items from them on-line. We all enjoyed the visit. First, the Rackliffe folks are friendly and very informative - about the area as well as their pottery. Second, visitors can watch the potter at work on the wheel, which was fascinating. It was hard to tear ourselves... More
