We visit Belfast every year (we have a cottage nearby) and always make a point of walking the harborwalk several times each summer. It's a great way to get views of the harbor, see what's happening in the boatyard, and stop in at local pubs...More

This is a nice, rebuilt area with restaurants, bars, shops, shipyards, and a beautiful harbor and walking bridge. You can watch ships being hoisted at the shipyards and then walk across the Memorial Bridge—a 1921 bridge, which was renovated and opened for pedestrians only in...More

Beautiful views of the city, and across the Bay you can see Blue Hill. Our Harbor walk is a wonderful place.

This is a treat for those of us who love to see boats, both in the water and in the boat yards. The views of the harbor are great, and the boat yards seem busy.

Love the name and the town is charming. We go every year to eat, buy yarn and look at interesting stuff. Use to have interesting seating options outdoors but apparently have stopped - too Bad.

Best fried clams i have had in the area, great cod, fries are so so but the beer is plentiful and a great assortment. When the have the skillet cookie, get one. To sum up, very good basic food in a friendly atmosphere.

We took a turn into this sweet little haven, complete with Fallout Shelter signs still on the buildings. We enjoyed the harbor which was moderately busy these days. There is a bridge over the water which is a nice stroll, many locals out with their...More
