A walk through time, with several restored Cajun and South Louisiana homes and business buildings. Nice setting in a park with several live oaks trees.

This is a very cute and informative place. Jim Bowie was married and had children in this city, but they were wiped out by an epidemic. Jim Bowie then left for Texas. The ladies here were very helpful and friendly.
