Nice fort to see buildings and what life living in a fort was about. A short walk to see it. Only took about 30 minutes to tour it. It might have more activity later on this summer.

We had fun wandering the rebuilt fort (original was across the street and no longer there). Very knowledgeable guide in funny time period uniform. We were the only ones so he followed us around and answered all kinds of questions and gave good info.

We spent well over an hour here, There is a very informative video to watch and the staff were well informed and really friendly, I would heartily recommend a visit.

Nice little museum with interesting grounds. Learned more about the Caddo Nation and the Natchitoches Indians during our visit. Friendly people, but a more organized “tour” might’ve been appreciated. The fort itself is not original, but it is based on sketches from it’s older days....More

We took the tour and the staff only followed if you requested. they were so interesting and informed. I lived in LA my whole life and never knew this amazing story of our history.
