An interesting tour for attendees at my ship's reunion led by Captain Danny and his friend, Bruce. We got to see plenty of swamp denizens, a few old trappers' cabins, and a couple of cemeteries. It was worth doing once!

We had considered this swamp tour the day before as we toured the Houmas Plantation and the Laura Plantation facilities, but then this fellow named Cesar talked with our Laura Plantation tour guide, Stephan, about the tours of that day and I bit hard. The...More

We saw so many alligators! We also saw Blue Heron, banana spiders, cardinal, and raccoons! Lot of information given while going through the swamps. We enjoyed our tour.

Boat ride brought us into the deep swamp where we saw alligators, wild hogs, snakes, birds and haunting trees draped with Spanish Moss. Beautiful view, professional team and a great memory I'll always treasure!

This is a once in a lifetime type of tour!! Captain Allen was the best part, he was entertaining, yet serious about his swamp & told numerous funny informative stories and tales. He gave us history about the area, the people, the characters, the animals...More

This was amazing. The boat captian, Brandon, was fantastic. He explained that each boat capitan adds their own little extra flair to the trip; one plays banjo for example. Brandons contribution was that he brings his own pets as examples of the wildlife in the...More

I can't say that this was a bad tour, because it is not - it just was not what I expected. The boat moves very, very slowly and you actually cover very little "ground". I thought that we would see more of the swamp, and...More

We went on the swamp tour as a way to get away from New Orleans for a few hours, and I'm so glad we did. The swamp tour & our guide were fantastic. Our family loved everything about the tour--we saw a ton of alligators,...More

New Orleans climate crazy. We could see 80 degrees in December. You should see some gators.

We went in June and also got to hold one. I don't recall them explicitly saying every boat had baby alligators to hold, but I do recall him taking about how they sort of cycle through baby gators they use so it does sound... More
