OK, the good news was that we found some bargains at a couple of stores. That means we marked off a couple of folks on our Christmas list. The not so good news is that some of the others didn’t have a lot of good deals or the selection was slim. Let’s also remember that indoor dining is closed until the 13th of December. The whole area was roped off so you couldn’t even sit to rest for a few minutes. Yeah, I understand that folks would go sit there and eat anyway but that’s an inconvenience for those of us that are tired. Also, Starbucks has been closed since March in indoor malls. So, I can’t even get a cup of coffee there. The other positive is that the mall isn’t crowded as many are avoiding close contact with folks now.

OK, it’s a little more lively since the Covid restrictions have been lifted but there are still some empty storefronts there. Selection is still lacking everywhere and of course prices are up due to inflation. The Starbucks is gone and there is no new coffee shop to take it’s place. It’s going to take some time to fully recover from the last two years. And the restrooms are filthy. Not a good look.

The mall has finally reopened but not all stores have chosen to open. For example I was looking for a candle but both Bath & Body and Yankee Candle remain closed with no future opening date posted. I can’t even get a cup of coffee at Starbucks as they are still closed. My youngest daughter is fond of FYE-nope, that’s still closed too. I’m batting 0 today. Still, it’s good to see many folks out and about considering the circumstances of the recent pandemic. Hopefully the rest of the stores will reopen by the end of the month. That being said this mall is geared to the younger shopper.

Located in one of the most prestigious areas of Louisville however, it attracts a very rough crowd is specially after dark. There are parental guidelines which do not allow anyone under the age of 18 after a particular hour on the weekends but those are not the people who are really scary that hang out in this Mall
Go down the road a bit to the Oxmoor Mall and you'll have a much better shopping experience

Great mall with a wide variety of stores, selling just about anything you can think of. Many mall staples (like Auntie Anne's), several local/small businesses, and big national brands like Vans, Bath & Body Works, and Hot Topic. Highly recommend.

Stopped here for a dinner break on a bus trip. Food court had several selections. I tried Las Maria and it was delicious! Had time to walk around after we ate. Beautiful with lots of stores.

Great way to spend some time with girlfriends for shopping. Generally good sales across the board, plenty of variety to choose from for all ages. Nice food selection to appease the appetite. Very clean and easy to navigate.
The biggest surprise was finding this wonderful clothing boutique heading towards an anchor store called J. Nicole’s. A fantastic spot for unexpected finds. Looking forward to going back for their spring and summer line.

It was okay. Couldn’t buy anything clothes wise because forever 21 was closed🙄. Although the inconvenience, I did treat myself to a ring at Pandora. The Cheesecake Factory was beautiful but the wait was two hours🙄🙄🙄. We went to Red Robin’s instead. Never again.

Went here because we were visiting and heard old navy was the best one around. First, it's very hard to find if you're not aware that this is an indoor mall and even tho there's a large old navy sign on the outside of the building. We drive to the side of the building of said sign, walk inside and it's no where to be seen. So we stopped st the cute little playground that's there for the kids. My daughter enjoyed it.while sitting there I did look around and finally saw old navy down the hall at the end in the corner. When we got there the store was large and bare. So I didn't stay long. They have a good assortment of stores but it's a smaller sized mall compared to the one that is located down the road. You can tell by the building and the decorations that it's an older mall, probably very popular in the 80's, but drab and dull now.
We needed up going into a few stores because there wasn't anything I really needed so we walked back to the car and went back to the hotel.
Don't get me wrong, it's a quick in and out place with good retail shops and a few snack options. but the building needs revamped. If I were visiting again I'd go to the one down the street.
