The focus of this is strongly on his religious beliefs. The first thing you see is a drawing he did equating Christianity to slavery

The layout of the museum is excellent. You stop on the top floor and wind your way down following Muhammad Ali's life. I gained a great appreciation for the choices he made and the sacrifices he made to hold true to his beliefs. Great way to feel inspired about an American hero.

This was my second visit. I continue to learn more with each visit. I felt even more honored to visit prior to Mr. Ali's passing. A wonderful tribute.

I went because my husband really wanted to go. I enjoyed way more than I thought I would. The history and all the information about his fighting career and life was very well presented. Would go again. A must do if you are a fan!

I'm not a boxing fan but I do know who Muhammad Ali is and I was just not impressed. It is close to the Louisville Slugger factory. It's a beautiful building on the river with great views but I thought it was a little underwhelming inside. My husband thought it was just OK. LOTS of kids visiting when we were... More

We learned some things about the Champ that we didn't know before visiting this museum. Most of the information is on the 4th and 5th floors. There are a few hands on items to check out.

This isn't a museum full of artifacts. While there were some, it largely consisted of different videos and things to read. Our son, who is 11 and not technically a teen, liked the Introductory video the best. There is also a part where you can step In the boxing ring, an exhibit where you can feel the strength of a... The did not only portray him as a hero. He spoke of his faults and of speeches he regret saying. I left feeling more in tune with my soul.

I visited the Muhammad Ali Center over the 4th of July weekend. We visited on a Sunday morning and the center was somewhat crowded, but the center is a must see for anyone visiting Louisville. I would like to revisit when less crowd, but overall it was a very nice experience and gives a complete history of the "Greatest".
