Absolutely beautiful park! Play areas for all ages. Lots of picnic tables and grills. Plenty of room to throw a ball. One of the best parks I've ever been too!

Hosts walking paths, concerts in the summer, bicycle rentals, & the Walking bridge across to Jeffersonville, is a bonus !! I grew up driving over the Kennedy Bridge, and always loving the train bridge. So I'm glad to see it recycled into this great walking...More

Big flat park on the Ohio River. Ample space for families and kids. Playground and bbq places available. I expect a summer visit to be much better as probably you can see the boats, etc.

Great for walks and evening relaxation, enjoy seeing the boats move up and down the river. The Crab Shop is a good place to eat also.

Can't say if this is a fair review since it was a week day afternoon in winter. It was a very relaxing stroll by the river and I am sure when there are events on this would be a great spot.

This was an awesome surprise. We were walking around after dinner and happened on the park. Beautiful light show to music. It was a really cool experience.

What a great area! Honestly I've been here numerous times. I often run here when I get out of work early and enjoy the views. I can't wait to see how awesome it is in the summer.

They have done a good job making the waterfront feel relaxing and safe. Even though you are nearly in the middle of downtown. With a variety of things to do from walking to playgrounds to the Joe's Crab Shack at the end. Nice and close...More

Waterfront Park has so much to offer. Beautiful landscaping!! Great for picnics, walks, fountains, and they even have several playgrounds for kids.

From the park you can see all the bridges which is great for pictures. Take a walk along and there is plenty of places to stop and take pictures.

There are a couple of restaurants. Joe's Crab shack comes to mind. But I don't believe there is outdoor seating and dog friendly. If you go up a few blocks off of the river, there are up around Main street.
