A several acre museum showing a former village of the Shaker religious group. Very interesting people and they left behind some interesting buildings. Each building has artifacts showing how the people lived. You can also stay in these buildings, as well.

Though our granddaughters had been hiking here, we had not. They led us on a great hike to a beautiful waterfall. Then, we topped the adventure off with having lunch at the Inn's restaurant. The food was suitable for all of our tastes and was...More

We stayed at the Beaumont Inn in Harrodsburg. There are stairs but also an elevator. About 10/15 minutes away.
