Nice park overlooking downtown Cincinnati. Well taken care of and plenty of parking. Admission is free and it is worth the winding road drive up to the overlook.

Great trails and the Pavillion view is beautiful. Lots of places to walk both paved and unpaved. We walked the trail below and it was a moderate level trail that was only a mile long

This is a spectacular spot to experience this breathtaking view of Cincinnati from the Kentucky side. The park is easy to access, up the winding hills, is well manicured with beautiful landscaping and flowers. Highly recommended for a spot to bring a blanket, have a picnic, get some shade under a nearby tree, and take in the wonderful sunshine.

Devou Park has it all! Great urban location that feels like the country. Beautiful rolling hills, walking/biking trails, peaceful resting and picnic areas along with playgrounds for children. The views of downtown Cincinnati are spectacular. If you are a golfer, there’s a nice golf course and clubhouse. Wedding venue at Drees Pavilion and a local history museum at Beringer-Crawford. Must visit if in Kentucky or Cincinnati.

I was actually with family but no kids or teenagers. That wasn’t an option for type of visit. [why is that Trip advisor?]
I loved the view from the Overlook. I went by myself Friday evening and took my parents and sisters there on Saturday morning. It wasn’t crowded at all. There’s plenty of parking and the views of Covington and Cincinnati are awesome.

Wonderful views of the Cincinnati skyline, just don't go there at night, when the lights are spectacular, because the police with threaten to arrest you. Such a disappointment to not be able to see this view at nigh.

Hi, I would love to visit Devou Park as a break in the middle of a very long drive I am taking with my family. We would have a maximum of an hour to do a small hike. Can anyone recommend a specific trail that would give us some nice scenery and view but still fit in with our timeline? And where would we park for that? We will be there this Saturday, so I'd appreciate any quick advice you can give me! Thanks so much

A great place to spend an hour hiking! Take the first exit off I75 in Kentucky and bear right...follow signs to Devou Park (long windy road up the hill)and go to the Overlook/Drees Pavilion parking lot...enjoy the view and the John Volz trail from there.
