A truly lovely place, we came here in the deep off season and it is virtually unused this time of year. The cabins here are lovely; down right luxurious and very very comfortable. Also superb for multi-family trips since $113/night provides 2 bedrooms with 4...More

Fall color was pretty. Hiked trails all around the falls. Picture worthy views of Cumberland Falls pretty much available on all. Beautiful smaller waterfalls on trails. Friendly folks hiking. Very enjoyable afternoon. Need more parking.

Superb location for Falls viewing/trails; lodge rooms clean, comfortable. Dining is subsistence. If able, bring own food and grill/picnic near river. No alchoholic bev. in lodge. Cottages look nice, summer time pool!

Short walk to the falls. The falls are beautiful. Make sure you go to both the top and bottom views. No fee to see the falls

Cumberland Falls is very pretty. We viewed the falls during the day and saw a rainbow. We went back at night and saw the famous moon bow. Quite a phenomenon unique to this place. There are hiking trails in the area, too.

We did not go for the moonbow, so early morning was the best time to visit and hike the trails. There was no crowd and it was very peaceful. Lots of places to pull over along the way for great views. I highly recommend the...More

Seriously, The water is flowing way to fast. then soon the waterfalls. Now people do dip their feet in the water, but even that is not advisable.
