Yes, the trails on-site at the Adventure Resort, the ones at Cumberland Falls State Resort park and the trails in the Daniel Boone National Forest all allow dogs. I agree that letting your dogs swim in the river near Cumberland Falls would not be the best idea, but they can wade around in the various creeks in the area.
