We took the basic tour and had a great time learning the process of making bourbon. Our guide really enjoys her job and was so well informed . The welcome center is beautiful and of course the tastings were the final touch.

The welcome center is really lovely and had a neat gallery of the birth of bourbon and about the founding families. We took the Connoisseurs Tour. This is the one to take when you’ve already done several of the regular tours as it’s more about...More

The Bourbon Connoisseur tasting was a great way to end our trip. This was a short historical video about Heaven Hill and 4-5 tastings. Short and sweet can be good when you're on distillery #6. For $20 it was a good time and value.

Took the “Connoisseur Tour,” which was essentially a short video with a tasting. Not much to say about the powerpoint/video – it was interesting and gave some general insight into the family and brand. Guides were friendly, full of personality, and lovely. Enjoyed them both....More

Paul was our guide and he was so informative and truly seemed to enjoy what he does. So glad we did this even though we are not big bourbon drinkers. I now want to make more stops on the Bourbon Trail.

My husband and I visited Heaven Hill as part of the Bourbon Trail. A little disappointed that there was no distillery on the grounds, but they explain why on the tour-due to a fire several years ago. Still a nice tour though.

Very impressive facility. I did not do tour but the displays were well done. Great gift shop with good selection of bourbon related items. They could use a snack shop or type facility.

Nice history, good gift shop. Ok visit, we didn't do the tour, but had no one come and ask us if we had any questions.

This was one of our favorite stops on the Bourbon Trail. The visitor center is very nice with a great gift shop, and the bourbon tasting was a very good value for the money. I would love to return!

This depends on what you are looking for. If you want to go to a Rickhouse, then the Heritage Center is the place (not to mention that the tasting afterwards is in a cool looking room). If you are interested in the history... More

Heaven Hill is the only "Trail Distillery " that offers a "Bourbon Coniseur" tour. This tour is more expensive but focuses on tasting the products not how they are made. You also taste their top shelf products. In this tour... More
