We spend most of our time together at Deanna Rose. After visiting the baby goats, riding the ponies, and all the other animals at Deanna Rose Farm, we usually end up at the playground. There’s no place better when the weather warms up.

We enjoyed having our kids there regularly. Very close to our vacation home, $2 entry fee or free after 2pm, can't beat it. bottle feeding the goats is fun. This is well worth the effort to bring the kids once a year, they may grow out of it by age 9, but worth adding this to your event list each year! Bring an umbrella in summer, the Kansas Sun can be tough with little...More

It is a great place to go with younger kids. Basic fishing and many animals to experience. In the winter there is a fantastic light display.

Ages 3-10. When we went my grandson was 3 & weighed 35 lbs. The staff walks the horse so it’s pretty low key. It was the older children that, at least on the day we were there were allowed to ride also.
