Not a fan personally but the colours and the obvious attention to detail puts this place on the map. Worth an hour, decent views and a restaurant on site. Enjoy……

The variety of flowers are great, the walks around this garden is excellent, pleasant and well guided. Many flowers we thought were not tropical type, but maybe these plants and flowers have adopted these hills! Parking is limited but they are able to accommodate many cars, in limited space.
For the elderly, like in our group, it is harder to take this walk, due to the hilly layout of the gardens. Still, this is a great garden walk!

Buwak means flower in Bisaya, which tourists will get an overload of when visiting Buwakan ni Alejandra. This garden is just one of the three that we saw in Cebu City last month because it is included in the Cebu Highlands tour. I will always remember Buwakan for having the most number of hydrangeas in a single place, a flower that happens to be the garden’s main attraction. If you are a fan of landscaped gardens and flowers, you will enjoy Buwakan as it will temporarily make you forget your problems. The property is huge, and a lot of walking is required, which may be difficult for seniors to do. Overall however, visitors are guaranteed to leave the place with nothing but a lot of beautiful pictures and videos. Truly a must-see in Cebu!

Pretty smaller than Sirao Garden but a lot more accessible (ex has paved stairs). It also has a restaurant where you can get drinks and rest.

About 1hr away from Mactan. I suggest go to Sirao Garden instead because it’s bigger and has more flowers and pictures.

Still, beautiful garden and easier to walk to (than Sirao Garden). Not wheel chair accessible.

Very nice flower garden. Nice to take pictures. Guides were there to help you. Trail to enter was a bit challenging for seniors. Too hot to visit during summer though, you have to wear sunblock and a hat to avoid getting sunburned. They have a resting place you can have snacks there. They have clean toilets. Overall, beautiful place to visit.

Very well maintained. Indeed a flower paradise. Hopefully there is something to eat inside. Flowers and plants are all healthy and most of the plantitos and plantitas will consider this as heaven!

Lots of flowers and having them around you simply gives a peaceful feeling. The ambience is just what you need after a stressful week of work. The view is comparable to Sirao Glower Garden. Simply mesmerizing.

If you love your visit at the Sirao Garden, this place is also an ultimate beauty with a much lesser crowd. Take time to visit and appreciate how nature and man can make such a flower paradise.

I visited this place two weeks ago and I was very impressed with the way it is being maintained, much better than that of a more famous garden.
