Genipabu is a real disappointment. There are much nicer beaches in Rio Grande do Norte both north and south of here. But this place is totally overrated! If you’re looking for something fun to do, go to Rio de Fogo instead, take a local fishing boat, have a bbq on the boat and go snorkeling!

It is beautiful but dangerous with buggies driving constantly on the beaches. Can t bring children there. And the beach. Is littered with tables and chairs eating up most of the space. Also many shouting people trying to attract you to paying parkings.Shops selling Chinese low quality. Food overpriced and. Amateurishly cooked in aluminium with cheap oil and dubious water.

If you visit Natal city in Brazil you must go to Genipabu Beach. There are many restaurants around and attractions for family. The view from the top of the dunes is amazing. You can see the the main beaches of Natal from there.

Send me a message and I can help you with more tour information.

Go to one of the 'kiosko', park just on their backside (free, don't let parking assistants on the road fool you saying there is no parking there), grab a table between the hammocks, order an ice cold beer and some local food - you're in paradise

Beautiful beach to go with friends or family. This beach is located on the northern beaches that have around the Natal. So, you have to take a little trip until there (it takes around 1 hour by car). Very beautiful place to take pictures and watch the sunshine at the and of the day. There you can also have good food and exotic drinks.

It's very popular among locals and tourists to visit by means of buggie ride where your driver takes you along the beach and then via the dunes to Genipabu. Here you have many options for a lunch stop, the beaches are clean, water is warm and probably most important is the location which gives you a welcome break from the onshore winds. Great photo opportunities.

My wife sister had a house on the beach and we spend a lot of time here. Great beach to walk up and down and emjoy the warm water. There are vendors along the beach selling items and drinks. There is also food vendors there if you get hungry. Over all a very nice beach to suntan and hang out and just have fun.

Clean sandy beach, at the part close to the famous dunes with barracas for shade, food and drink, on the large rest good for walking on the sand, and for swimming in waves that are not too high.

Fantastic view and sand-dunes and a marvellous place. But why do the restaurants just dont care about all the (plastic most) garbage...!? Your cutting down your own branch...
