The ride up the mountain is quite interesting. Flora changes as you ascend, and there are good views. I wouldn't want to do it in bad weather or with an inexperienced driver as it is a narrow, curving road with a steep drop off in places (and of course no guard rails). I was disappointed that the trail we took, Turaco Trail, went through an area that had been burned by poachers. I also found the amount of non-native flora (eg. eucalyptus) disheartening. A better guide would have made it more interesting.
