My sister and I traveled this Byway from Council Bluffs to Akron. What a beautiful ride it was. Rolling green hills and a well marked route. I bet it is beautiful in the fall.

Not sure why we had a hard time navigating the byway.....missed travel high signs a few time...not well marked. The state Iowa map was not helpful.
