This museum is in the art of Arnolds Park. Great little find. The museum is well done and it has some very cool history of the lake. Been many times but it doesn't get old. Love telling folks about it. Way cool old boats. It seems I learn something new every time.

From shiny classic wood boats and old boat motors to photos and old wool bathing suits, this free museum captures the Iowa Great Lakes history very well. We went after Labor Day and had the place to ourselves. Video in the theater gives a nice overview. Definitely worth a look.

Having been to this community many times, today was our first visit for our young son. What a gem of a museum that captures the history of the area. The way boats are displayed along with all the artifacts makes you feel S though you have gone back in time! Totally worth the stop.

There is so much history at this lake. I have been coming up here for 40 years. It's so cool to see the different boats and memorabilia on display. And it's free!!!

This place has a lot of history inside. The old wood boats are in prestine condition. I took family from out of town here and they really enjoed it. It is fun to see the history of the lakes which my grandparents talk about often.

This is a great place to spend time and reminisce and actually walk among the boats that were part of so many local memories.

Great free museum! Brought back all kinds of memories of my childhood. They do have a donation box and we gladly put a few bucks in.
