Probably one of the best beach in the country. Arrive here, you are really in the nature. No man made construction but white sandy beach fenced by pine trees. The beach is facing Indian Ocean. Those who surf walk to the both end of the beach and surf. You can trace it on google earth to measure the length of the beach

This is one of the most unforgetful trip! From super white sand beach, deserted location, to the amazing waves for the surfers. You will lost track of time once you set feet here as there is no signal and whatsoever! Peaceful and relaxing!

I love the fact that it’s a virgin beach.. it’s a long white sand beach and located in a remote area, 2,5 hours from Waingapu. No sort of signage that says where to enter the beach. You have to keep an eye out for entrance, the alley is quite small and scattered with trash. When we came here we were the only visitors. I loved it at first until I got thirsty and I had to pee. Bare in mind that there’s no public restrooms, restaurants and shops around the area. The nearest shop to get a drinking water is probably around 10-15 minutes drive. No restaurants, we had to go back to Waingapu to have lunch. So keep in mind when you want to come here: pack your lunch bag, wear your swimming outfit underneath, bring drinking water.

Although it is located a little bit remote area from Waingapu, this beach is peacefull when you walk on the white sand of the beach. This beach is having wide sandy beach. Surrounding by the high cliff, it is contrast with thw blue sea and the white sand ... lovely ... ❤❤❤

The beach is located in East Sumba district. 3 hours trip by car from Waikabubak city in West Sumba. The beach is amazing, long beach line, white sand, clean and perfectly save. When we got there, we met some local families camping in the area. So the beach is perfectly save for visitors. As most beaches in Sumba, no food stall, no toilet, and no other facilities around the area, so be prepared. You can buy some fresh fishes from the fishermen though. The 'signature' of this beach is the dead tree trunk stuck on the sand. The sunset was amazing, the sky changed colors in a dramatic way.

You have to go visit this beach before it gets too many visitors. It takes about 2-3 hours from Waingapu. You cannot really swim far into the sea because of the strong current. But there is enough space in the beach with its white sands to do a lot of things. There is no public toilet or place to exchange your clothes. So bring some cover or do it in your car.

Went here was an amazing trip. From the last main road we took a small road. For more than an hour we were amazed by view of savanas, hills and traditional village.
When arrive we must step through a path between trees, and then we saw a beautiful view of Tarimbang Beach. The beach was very clean with white sands. There were big rocks at far that gives this beach a thrilling view.
There were two ways to enter the beach. From the middle of the beach through a small path between trees and the second was from the estuary, at the far end of the road, around 2 minutes by car from the first way. From the estuary the view was also amazing.
Some part of the road was bad, especially during or after rain. It will be better if you use 4WD.
