The Studebaker has been around for a 100 years before style changes and economics drove them out of business. This museum is a wonderful place to enjoy a day here. You cannot rush your visit here. Lots of history on review.

On our trip from Chicago to Cleveland we were looking for something to break up the trip, get out and see something new. The admission is cheap; adults $8 and children $5 and just a couple miles or so off I-80. This museum is great for adults and children; there is really something for everyone. There is an interactive area... More

Have wanted to stop here for a while and I finally had an opportunity to do so. Well worth the inexpensive admission. Lots of cool history and information. Much bigger collection than I had expected. Three floors full of great automotive history.

The Studebaker Museum was really great. We loved the great displays, and were pleasantly surprised of the history in this building. The presidential carriages with history's were incredible. I loved the 1960's futuristic styles, as well as, the Studebaker wagon like my Grand father had. I loved this museum.

First off i am a car guy. This is a great all around museum. My kids even enjoyed some of the displays. Their favorite parts was the old carriages and what looks like the assembly line. They do a great job of not only the displays but everywhere you look there is signs, advertising pieces and studebaker memorabilia. There is multiple stories... More

This is a great museum, focusing primarily on the history of the Studebaker, but with other cars displayed as well. You will learn how the company was started prior to the Civil War by the brothers who were blacksmiths, and how they grew the business to become arguably the premier builders of horse drawn carriages, On display is the actual... A gem of a museum. Tons of history ans staffed by enthusiasts from the South Bend area. Presidential carriages and generations of Studebaker vehicles. Special exhibits come and go that are always extremely well done. Presentations, special cocktail open houses are also held throughout the year. Can not recommend this venue enough.

They do a wonderful job at the Studebaker National Museum, presenting a beautiful collection. There are Three levels. The main level takes you from the early years, pre-auto, including a presidential carriage collection, and autos, through the thirties. On level two you'll find 40s through the 60s. Often on the second level you'll find a special exhibit. A few years... More

Studebaker cars are beautiful. This museum does an amazing job of displaying the carriages and cars. Exhibits are laid out chronologically and some are interactive. There is a pit crew area for the kids. This is a great place to take grandpa and the family. My favorite two exhibits are the Lincoln funeral carriage and the old car used in... More
