We went to the nature center and walked through the handmade shelters. We then went for a hike on the 2.3 mile loop. It goes along White River and through the woods. Very flat and easy walk.

Found this on the TripAdvisor website. My daughter who lives there didn't even know about it. We started at the Indian houses and the information building. Then we walked the 3 mile trail following the hoof prints of the horses! My grandson was so hoping we would catch up with one but not this day. The trail could use some better signage so that you know which way to go at the crossroads and how far you have gone/need to go. We never found the river and apparently there is a lot more to do in the winter and there is an adventure area with zip lining. Guess we'll have to go back!

As a final summer activity before our two grandchildren, ages 8 and 10 years, returned to school, we as70and 67 year old grandparent fully enjoyed completing the ropes course activity with them. The course took place entirely under the forest canopy at the very back of the park's property and included several short zip lines. We were required to be harnessed through the entire course and were given clear and understandable training by the course "guides" who are present thru-out the course should assistance be required. In our 2 hour session, we were able to get through the course twice. A fun and physical experience with our grands!

still being developed bit by bit. Hiking paths and horse trails. Interesting history on the centuries of Native American use of this specific piece of land.

Went snow-tubing here. They make their own snow so no need to wait for right weather. The wait in line was maybe 10 min. max. And you don't have to lug anything uphill, you just sit in your tube and ride up the conveyor belt. So much fun!!! Price wasn't too bad and people were pretty friendly.

We had a great time! Kids 7, 10 and 12 enjoyed the special “tea cup” spin from the staff. The staff was very nice and friendly. We did think it was a little price at $100 for our family of 5 for 2 hours, but with 12 degree temps we wouldn’t have lasted much longer.
I would suggest cutting back on the heat in the bathrooms. The “lodge” is a nice temp, but the bathrooms felt like a 95 degree summer day.

There's a nice nature center, old Indian homes, nice walking trails. Paths to White River from the walking trails. Walking trails are also available for horses! So, watch where you step. You would need a durable stroller. And don't forget the bug spray!!! It would be nice if ther was a playground type area but there's not at this point. Lots of space though. Staff in the nature center are very friendly and helpful

I take my dog to this park every time I get a chance. He knows when we get close and gets excited. There are also numerous people who bring their horses too. Nice scenic views. Able to do longer walks along with short ones for a quick trip.

Good place to learn about the local Native American culture and early European settlement. Good hiking trails along the river and prairie.

A nice museum about Native American culture and life in northern Hamilton County, as well as the early settlers to the area. A couple structures outside the museum give more authenticity to the park. Also there are several trails at the park, zip line adventures, horseback riding, archery, etc. A hidden treasure in Hamilton County and just s short drive north of Noblesville.
