Sorry you did not enjoy it this year even though we had more volunteers to scare people and more scary scenes for our visitors to enjoy. Unfortunately not every one enjoys our Haunted Village and we work every year to try to improve it. Thanks for review. More

Camped at the campground. Our site was pretty good, although the campground in general is kind of confusing and not marked well. I got lost from our site while walking the dogs at night and couldn't find my way back. I knew our site number but nothing was labeled to guide me in the right direction. Also another pet peeve... Glad you enjoyed your stay here at Spring Mill! We have marked all pedestals with the campsite # and we make sure all our campers get a campground map when they register at the gate so they do not get confused, sorry that it was still confusing to you. We also apologize for any inconvenience about the water hookup but... More

Springmill State Park has many activities for families in the months of September and October. The candlelight Village, Haunted Village, Haunted Campground and several fall activities at the primitive village. Great place to camp or stay at the Springmill Inn. The lake has just re-opened after being dredged and cleaned to allow for small paddleboats, canoes and kayaks. Beautiful scenery... More

There is so much to say about this fabulous park. From the historic working Village to the cold creek running through the park to the caves and shelter houses where we've held innumerable family reunions... What a great place to spend an afternoon or an entire week!

Couldn't have asked for a more perfect time! Visited the very interesting pioneer village, hiked well-maintained scenic trails, and enjoyed a picnic lunch by the stream. Spring Mill is one of our favorite parks to visit this time of year!

We were at the park on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 4 and 5, 2016. The weather hypnotized us and the park was so peaceful with hardly any visitors. Deer and hawks greeted us, as did a lake to read by. The pioneer village provided a fun hour though the lady who makes broom dolls needs some time off. However, we... More

Thanks for your review Jen. Glad you enjoyed the Park and wish you would have rated the Park not the Inn, for they are a separate entity and have their own tripadvisor page. I will pass this information on to the Inn staff and hopefully they can make your stay more comforting next time. Please come back and see us... More

Great Park with some nice views. Hiking trails are really good for all hikers. Everything is pet friendly but the pioneer village

Spring Mill SP was great. A true step back in time. Facilities are well maintained and the people were friendly and helpful. A quick trip there, a short hike and study of the village was a perfect Sunday trip. Lots of picnic areas and a expanse of forest that is breathtaking. Looking forward to another trip.

Spring Mill is a wonderful place to go with family. Our kids are 5 and 7 and love the village and the nature center. Absolutely worth the drive! Well maintained and there's lots to do for all ages.

My boyfriend and I picked this place for our first camping experience! What a beautiful park! We didn't have reservations so we lucky to get a spot on a one way loop up high as this begins the busiest time of year at the campground. Lovely spot with a persimmon tree right behind us. Very quiet except for highway 60... More
