A very nice park for walking. Very convenient parking, and The Ruins are nice to look at. Restrooms and fountains are relatively new, although not open in Winter.

Fun place to visit if you had little kids or big kids who need to stretch their legs. The building has really fun things for the littles to see, touch, even dress up as. Turtle, frogs, an owl, and an indoor bee hive to see...More

This was an awesome place to take our school. The children loved all the hands on activities in the nature center and then loved their picnic in the beautiful surroundings. The playground was an awesome way for them to end the day!

This park is great for a simple stroll on the many sidewalks or go on the one of the many paths through the woods. It's absolutely beautiful here!

The public deserves an interactive exciting nature center, not a bunch of stuffed animals and posters on the wall. A few live animals would be a big improvement even just insects and some native to the park animals. The building is beautifully designed and furnished...More

Yes, many around the park, across from the park, many shaded areas there and around the nature center. My family and I have spent many glorious days having picnics and hiking adventures there.
