Great visit

This place is great! Each area of the museum has something for every age group. The food is awful. Over priced. Gave me a stomach ache. Definitely bring your own food.

This museum has 4 floors of many exciting exhibits. We spent about 4 hours here. Bumblebee was huge! We went down the chocolate slide several times. The kids said their favorite part was the circus area. The food was a little pricey so we ended up going to McDonald's instead of eating there. If you are planning on coming here... More

Spent the day at the museum with my family of 5. Lots of hands on experiments to keep all of the kids involved including 2 teenagers.

We visited while on spring break, specifically to see the current China exhibit as we are considering a future visit to China. It was underwhelming to say the least. And the museum literature only mentioned half of it (it was located on 2 different floors) so we nearly missed a big portion. A nice surprise was the exhibit on children... More

As a teacher, I can appreciate the hands on lessons and fun located at the museum. It was like eye candy to me. I loved the variety and uniqueness of displays. I only wish more parents would PARENT their kids instead of using a museum as a safe zone while the moms sit to the side on their cell phones.... More

The Indy children's museum is a great place to spend the day with the kids. They have 5 floors of exhibits and a kid friendly haunted house for Halloween.

This was love at first site for our toddler. It's huge and has so many exhibits to keep kids of different age interested. This is a must visit museum before your kid turns 10. It's hard to cover all displays in one single day so plan on arriving early. Luckily the parking is free with admission which is a great... More

This year I especially enjoyed seeing the Liberty Bell 7 capsule, and watching the video that tells its story. Other favorites include the China exhibit, the dinosaur skeletons, and the Chihuly glass sculpture. We're the last ones to leave at closing time!

Took many field trips here growing up and it was always one of my favorites. Took my niece and nephew recently and was happy to see it hasn't lost its charm!
