Went back to Belterra because my husband wanted to go, no entertainment (lounge bar closed), no free drinks in Club 38, no buffet, shops closed down. what is going on ? Is Belterra on the verge of closing down ? Lawrenceburg Hollywood Casino has entertainment every weekend with plenty of seating and dancing. Boogie nights club, and plenty of places to eat. The vibe is so much better there than Belterra. Belterra has nothing to do. sad and boring place to go if you want to have a fun night out, nothing to do but gamble, which is what they want you to do.

Took my husband to beltera for his 55 th birthday, I wanted everything to be perfect. The hotel was very nicely decorated. That’s about all I found positive. I ordered a smoke room because my husband and I vape we were in the casino which was the worst casino I’ve been in you had to get up and get your own drinks and leaving a table when your game is hot is not something you want to do most of shops were closed, not many restaurants and there is no room service. And if that was not bad enough we got to our room and got interested in a good movie at 12:39 am our smoke alarm went off, then it stopped,got a call from the front desk told lady everything was fine. Next there was a knock on our door 4 men asked what’s going on my husband explained that we were vaping which we thought was ok since we were in a smoking room 4 men came into our room while I was in bed in my pajamas and told us we have to leave our door open for awhile they took fire alarm down and shut it off because it alarmed again reconnected it put it back on walk and the maintainer man said why don’t you have your air on which was no of his business, they were there untill 12:40 am with our door open then they said it is ok now. And when I told the lady at front desk on check out she act like she didn’t care that happened, never offered money off free Buffett or anything but I wasn’t after anything free Just wanted my husband to have a good Birtday we won’t be back.

Wife and I went down there, first time in years, just for a few hours to see what it was like, arrived early am during the week, and not a lot of people in there that early which was the whole idea as gives us more slot machines to play! We played for two and a half hours, and did win a few dollars! Which was fine by us, as we had hit some other casinos and no luck what so ever! Plus they have some of the older slots downstairs which we love! So we will probably take the drive again and visit!!!

Love Belterra. Always have a great time. Lots of wins and bonuses. If it was nonsmoking it would be perfect. Come on, cancer has killed to many already. Just my any many people's opinions.

We were there for Friday and Saturday night and had a great time. Ended up breaking even on the last night with the Buffalo game (love the free games).

I would highly recommend the deluxe room and trying Restroom 19. The Losh corner restaurant is wonderful as well. You can’t beat the prices on food in there.

I also love that you can bring you fur family with you.

Fun but tough on people with mobility issues.

If you go to Belterra, you go there for the casino, golf course, and hotel. It was winter so the golf course was closed. I rated the hotel in separate review. The casino was above average but dated a bit. Super social distancing practices. Nice enough payouts on a slow night. Good variety of machines. Long distance from rooms and restaurant to casino. I couldn't have made it without my mobility chair. If you have even slight mobility issues, bring a wheelchair. The staff was super friendly and tried to be helpful.

I had to go to Cincinnati for a bit, so I thought I would head down here and try it out, I have the Bconnect card and I have been using it quite a bit while I am in Vegas and I have really started to build up points and comps on it and they took such good care of me when I stayed at the Cal in Vegas a couple weeks back. I wanted to show some brand loyalty. Covid has really taken its toll here. It was the middle of the day and there were literally 15-20 people in the whole casino. I played some Black Jack. The dealer Kelly was great, she was the best part of the day. There was 0 people playing craps, so no fun there!! We stopped at the Crazy 4 Poker table and played for a bit. We were here about 2.5 hours and left because the sportsbook didn't even open til 3pm. The staff and facility were great, I'm gonna take another trip here when you are allowed to drink a beer while your gambling, I thought that was a bit crazy that if you wanted to do that you had to leave the casino floor. I would give a much higher rating if it weren't for these issues.

Before I review the bad I want to say everything about my 4 day visit was pleasant at Belterra. Staff was good from sports betting to blackjack to hotel lobby. Now what basically ruined all of this. The dealer Leigh Ann at the craps table. She wasn’t at the table for literally 90 seconds before she started berating me. Giving me mean looks. When she told me I couldn’t talk to a guy beside me due to COVID I picked up chips and left. I don’t know what I done I was up 200 dollars at crap but able. I never have had a dealer tell me I had 5 seconds to throw dice or it don’t count. Congratulations Belterra this craps boxlady single handily ruined what was a good decent time. My formal complaint with corporate will go into much more detail. She was rude nasty and completely tried to humiliate me

SSDD (same sh*t different day) I knew better to go back to Belterra after they reopened, but I was bored and decided to try a couple of times, big mistake. The smoke , tight slots and low payouts. I was able to save a lot of money when they were closed. I won't be playing the slots anymore. I know they have to make up for being closed for almost 3 months they could at least make it fun to play.

Casino is okay, needs better ventilation. I am non smoker and dint understand why it has to be smoking, especially when some smokers are disrespectful and blow smoke wherever. Pay out was not that great. Slots were a mixture of old and new. With other casinos in the area I would go to them first. Only reason I visited this one, was their breakfast brunch buffet is really good.
