For the RV crowd I'm sure that this is heaven, and even for us that tagged along with our parents, the place was really cool. A very good selection on old RV's, but unfortunately of them many were showing signs of not having been cleaned...More

There are 3 Halls in the museum but only one worth seeing. I spent several enjoyable hours touring a one of a kind RV show. Lots of trailers and coaches dating back to the first and including several custom made for famous people. Well worth...More

Loved this place! Tons of old R.V.s and Motorhomes, all along a "paved highway" even Mae West's R.V.! It's amazing to see up close how this industry has grown and how far it has come. They have even added a modular home to the museum....More

Visited to get out of heat. Thoroughly enjoyed exhibits of historical older campers. Nice shop but need more exhibitors in suppliers/advertising hall. Would like to see some “futuristic” kind of ideas for fun.

As an avid traveler, I thought this museum would be cool, and it was. A self guided tour throughout the history of RV's, along with a gift shop area. The only downside was that due to an RV show going on outside, things were a...More

Start your visit of this museum by watching a video and then proceed to viewing some modern vehicles with an interesting model of their construction. Then proceed to viewing the historical vehicles. These range from very basic to modern. Some were primitive with barely room...More

I make my living in the RV Capital of the World, Elkhart, IN. I use the RVMH HOF library regularly for research, but I also LOVE the museum collection. Like the Auto industry, the RV industry is flush with innovation and compelling stories going back...More
