We visited Raging Waves the week school started for some, which was the week before school started for my kids. We took advantage of the Family Fun Ultimate Advantage Package. For us, it was a good value. Me and my kids, and their friends, had...More

If your child goes to the water park with a pass from their school, expect them to get harassed by the male manager and belittle your child if they accidentally bring their siblings pass by mistake. The adult manager actually told my kid she can...More

We live a couple hours south of Raging Waves, so we make a trip every summer to spend the day there with our three kids. We have visited every summer for the past seven or eight years. We kept coming back because of the cleanliness...More

Found a Groupon & reviews were right on. Lazy river is huge & covers the park so you can take it to other side for different slides. Only negative not enough staff at check in, waited 30 min just to get in.

The water is cold - but by mid day when it's warm it's fine. If you get there first thing in the morning, you can get through the majority of attractions before the bulk of the lines start. However - it will be colder in...More

Great water rides! Lines were not too long, despite the tempurature being in the 80's. Was fun watching and hearing people having fun, from afar!

Wait to stand in line is so long for each ride -the water is so absolutely freezing you don't want to be in there anyway. You can't stay in the wave pool because the water is so cold. Waste of time waste of money

This park is clean, beautiful and the lifeguards are great. A picnic area would be a great addition, the few there were taken and we had to sit on the ground. With 5 kids and 3 adults, we didn't want to buy the expensive park...More

Raging Waves was a hit for us again this year. I was especially impressed by the staff's dedication to cleaning up the park after it closed. The lifeguards even went all the way down to the intersection of IL 47 and Waterpark Way to pick...More

We've visited once every summer for the past few years. Normally it's a good place to visit but this year the crowd was crazy. Very long lines all around. The workers were doing a poor job of getting full tubes on the larger rides. We...More

Parking is adjacent to the water park, you can walk out and walk in anytime. So you can keep your food in the car. You can carry some snacks and water if you like inside the park. But the problem is you need to keep it... More
