Tour co-ordinators Mr. Chandan, Biswajith and Haridas very good co-ordinators. I appreciate them. Please assign them higher responsibility. They will have the capacity of do the work and their good work will increase the image of your company.

I had some concerning experiences during my recent trip.
Firstly, the approach to the Cellular Jail was not pleasant, which affected the overall experience. Secondly, I was not informed in advance about the cancellation of the trip to the Cellular Jail, which was disappointing.
Additionally, I received misinformation about the closing time of the jail, as it was advertised as open until 5 pm, but it was not the case. This led to further frustration.
Need to wait for about 15min for cab driver for pickup which has reflected on my cellular jail visit.
Lastly, when I inquired about the possibility of rescheduling the visit to Corbyn cove beach for the next morning, due to heavy rain I received a negative response. This lack of flexibility was disappointing.
Not happy with Ajay coordinator planning in this aspect.
Want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the auto driver who went above and beyond to show me both the beach and the Cellular Jail during my trip and explained few important location i the way dripping to my hotel.

We booked the hotels ourselves and used Eternal Andamans’ services for planning and executing the local transportation and sightseeing.
Overall decent experience. Their representative was present at arrival at all the locations. Though the driver/guide were multitasking and not dedicated to us, but that didn’t create any serious challenges.
Mentioning the specific good/disappointing locations. Rest were OK.
Havelock:
++ Elephant beach snorkelling
++ Radhanagar beach
Avoid snorkelling near Govind Nagar/Nemo beach
Neil island:
We stayed for one night, however I would suggest a longer stay of 2-3 nights if you’re looking for a peaceful time.
Port Blair:
A bit underrated.
++ Chidiya tapu
++ Sunset point
Avoid Corbyn cove water sports - overpriced and underwhelming compared to elephant beach

Plz short list eternal Anadaman’s as the only guide private tour operator if you’re going to Andaman.
It was a fantastic seamless experience of 4 days with eternal Andamans.

The planning and coordination of the trip was excellent. However the execution wasn't as expected. To reach port blair, one has to resort to multiple flights and somewhat sleepless state till the time the flight lands... on day 1, we reached the hotel in the morning only to find that check in time is 9 am and we were too early at 7.30 am with no ready room. Next surprise, first day breakfast is payable. The package offered included breakfast but later we were informed that all tour operators in Andaman operate that way. Since we had a 3 night 4 day package, a number of inclusions were quite reasonably priced such as cruise boat to and fro havelock, light and sound show at cellular jail, and not to forget the boat ride from Port blair to North Bay and netaji subhash chandra bose (Ross) Island. The vehicles were also of decent nature.. overall it was a great experience.. but quality comes at a cost.. which we chose to upgrade wherever possible.. for eg.. the cruise tickets in the package offer luxury seating (equivalent to economy).. the option for duluxe/ royal upgrade is always available at a little extra cost. But despite all the pros and cons.. specially thankful to Mr. Basu, Mr. Chandan and Mr. Vinay for responding in a timely manner and making our trip memorable.

Eternal Andamans helped our family enjoy a trip that we'll cherish for years to come. Our trip coordinator Chandan as well as our coordinators at Havelock and Neil ensured everything we could ask for. We visited during the Independence Day weekend and were concerned if monsoon could ruin our plans. However we got the best out of it with some rain of course. The expertise that these people bring helped us manage our time at all the spots in the itinerary. They would pick/drop at your hotels and the beaches and guide you during the whole tour. It was amazing.. really!!

What an experience with "Eternal Andamans" it was! Great experience.
Our A&N islands tour was for 8N/9D during June-July'2023 covering Portblair (1N +4N), Havelock (2N) & Neil (1N). Very peaceful & unlimited charming place.
Well planned itinerary made our tour seamless. All picks up & drops, coordination & guide during our tour were very timely and flawless. Hotels were double bedded AC with extra matress for we three.
Thanks to all the members of "Eternal Andamans" in/c the coordinator: Suman Kr Toppo (for Portblair), Bisojit (Havelock), Haridas (for Neil), other guides, all the drivers of AC cabs and others... they were with us at different spots during our tour.
One memorable amazing trip it was. I truly recommend "Eternal Andamans".

A big thanks to the Eternal Andamans team for organizing this tour for us. Several islands, beaches and other places were covered in 5 days and we thoroughly enjoyed every places that we visited. Overall, the package was feasible and everything was planned perfectly well as per the itinerary. Thanks to Mr. Suman, Mr. Nishant, Mr. Haridas, Mr.Shantanu, Mr. Shailesh, Mr. Sujoy, the hotel staff and everybody else who helped us thoughout the tour. The days we spent in Andaman was the best. If you ever plan a trip to this place, we highly recommend the Eternal Andamans team.
