I've been enjoying Manner's Park for 50 years. I've attended family reunions, swimming lessons and baseball games here. The pool is very nice for all members of the family and the rental dining hall is a bargin.

I have many wonderful childhood memories of this park. It remains a place of great beauty and peace. magnificent trees, an abundance of birds and peace, peace, peace. If you enjoy a relaxing stroll, this is the spot.

They have a very nice clean park in Taylorville. I DJ a special party there each NYE and the facility is always clean and very well done. You will want to go during the Christmas season to check out the light display in the park area. Local organizations and companies put these up and do a nice job with it.

We went there for some fresh air and ran into a car show. They were mostly antiques from the 1930s. It was quite interesting.

A nice small town park with baseball diamonds, a swimming pool and playground equipment. There are lots of tables to have a meal at with some of them under a roof in case of bad weather.

Many tennis courts, softball and baseball fields, basketball courts, swimming pool recently updated, Chautauqua building, and a variety of buildings to hold family reunions and parties. A couple of ponds and lots of swing sets, slides, and play equipment. Nice hills for sledding. I used to feed the pond ducks when I was small. I also used to ice skate... More

As a child I loved Manners Park. As an adult I drive through the park every time I go back. As soon as you drive through the archway there is a very nice swimming pool. There is a large lake that has a walk out dock that people can fish off of.. I would get so excited when I would... More

It is a nice park. They have a pond and gazebo. They also have a public pool that is nice. You can also rent a small building for parties. There are a couple miles of walking trails and large mature trees.

A great park with a great history. This park is well shaded with very large Oak trees. Tennis, Baseball fields, a pool, playgrounds, a small lake and shelters all contribute to the opportunities for park utilization. There are well paved roads and generally very low traffic. This is a great place to walk, play or picnic. Within the park is... More
