Would recommend this to anyone with a group. P.C. Boyes brought everything to life for the Brownies. They were all very interested and enjoyed every minute. The adults enjoyed it just as much as the Brownies. Will definitely visit again.

Because the museum is under refurbishment and there was not enough room for our group in the temporary building, PC Boyes kindly brought the museum to us at our beaver hut. It was one of the best beaver sessions we’ve done. Beavers are not known...More

We took a group of visually impaired adults to the museum. Whilst it is tiny, and chairs are still in the pipeline, PC Colin's knowledge and enthusiasm more than made up for it. The exhibits are very interesting, and a bit gruesome in places, and...More

We went to the open day. Everyone had a brilliant time. The organisers put a lot of thought and effort into this day. I highly recommend this a fun day out for all the family and very intuiative for the children.

We took our Scout Troop to TVP Museum, frankly unsure how well it would work for 11-14 year olds. We needn't have worried. Huge thanks to P.C. Boyes who was an excellent guide; informative, engaging and great with the Scouts - a great blend of...More

A very well run trip, PC Colin was excellent with the children and brought the stories and explanations of police work to life. The children really enjoyed the dressing up and crime scene re-enactments, and the adults enjoyed some of the interesting exhibits.

We went in an evening with 25 cubs and it was brilliant. The cubs were really listening to P.C Boyes who was very good with them. Would definitely recommend going.

The museum itself is small and not worth a visit just on its own. But the Open Day is both family faun and some very instructive.
