We've lived in Naperville for forty years and often taken the family and guests to Naper Settlement. There are many things to see and do there, a working blacksmith, printer, stone carver, all in the 1830 to 1880 era. The encampments in the summer are...More

Naper Serrlement is a hidden gem in the Western suburbs. My grandchildren are always excited to visit for a few hours or the entire day. Truth be told, I enjoy it just as much as they do. An assortment of historical buildings has been relocated...More

Definitely you want to visit Naperville Settlement, you can explore the beautiful grounds and historical buildings year-round or plan to attend a special event such as a concert during the summer or Christkindlmarket in December.

I believe so. The only problem would be if she wanted to see inside a few of the buildings that have second floors and a flight of stairs up to them. You can always call ahead and check.
