The ride was advertised as an old-time mule pulled, one hour boat trip with in-costume boat tenders. While the speaker was informative, the ride was much less than one hour and only went a mile down the canal. There really wasn't a lot to see....More

Had a nice breakfast went for a boat ride. all good,The story told about the canal was quite interesting . Watching the mules pull the boat brought us back to the old days.

We had a great time and definetly will go again. The only compliant was the parking. You can park at the boat, but they don't tell you that and we parked up the hill like the directions said and didn't feel safe.More

The Visitor Center is on city streets and it would be hard to park there BUT the locks themselves are south of the downtown and have a lot of room for RVs etc. The canal boat itself is wonderful and has handicapped access... More
