This park has the worst customer service ever! You ask for cancellation and they keep taking money out of your account. when you call to cancel they always say they are unavailable. their membership is a SCAM you cant get out of it. I have...More

I'm older (55) and absolutely Loved going on this new attraction at Six Flags Great America. The team supervising the ride, along with the multiple members checking all precautions before we left the terminal to experience the ride was awesome. The ride itself is greater...More

I've been visited six flags for over 20 years now. More is included for children 5 and under. I visited the park on October 18th during Fright Fest. This was the first time my girlfriend had ever gone to the park. During Fright Fest especially,...More

I attended Fright Fest for the second year in a row. None of the haunted attractions changed from prior year. Appeared to be far less "monsters" roaming the park. Haunted attractions are all very short and most are too dark to see anything. Ride lines...More

Nice place to visit for fun an excitement especially during fright fest where they have all kinds of characters running around the park during the evening.

Went to Fright Fest Oct 18, and I was seriously disappointed. I was under the impression that at 6 PM, they were going to unleash 200 "zombies" into the park, as stated on their website. I saw a total of 20 people dressed up, and...More

This review is based on fright fest. The six flags itself is good, the lines are horribly long, so the flash pass is worth the money. As far as fright fest.. Horrible. Not many monsters walking around. Most were wearing cheap cheesy masks. They didn't...More

Anyone use flash pass? I been to great America many times but I'm thinking about buying flash pass this visit. I know there are three tiers. Can't decide which. But has anyone used them and explain something I was wondering about.... let's say u buy the lowest tier. And you get to the ride and reserve your spot. They tell us come back in 1 hour. Then Can I keep on going to next ride and reserve another spot? Their website doesn't state if it's one reservation per ride at a time.

Hey there, when deciding on tiers id recommend thinking about the time of year you are going. If it is in the middle of summer when all the kids are off school id get the tier 1 flash pass as you can just hop on the ride and... More

So we plan on going Sept. 2nd and was wondering how busy of a day this would be? Should i change my plans and go during the week for it to be less crowded? Otherwise was thinking Aug.17th would be best next day to go since the park is closed the end of Aug. And we want to enjoy the Waterpark as well. Thanks..

Being that 9/2 is labor day weekend the park will be mobbed. If the weather is good, Hurricane Harbor will quickly reach capacity and they will close it to more visitors. Many people will come to Gurnee for the 3 day weekend... More

How does parking work if you have a season pass? Are you required to show your id? Will there be a lot of people on Easter Sunday this year on there sneak preview weekend? What shows will be playing? Do they have a 4d movie adventure? I purchased everything on line and then come to find out there are $2 coupons for the sports drink container. If I bring it with me when we get our bottles will they refund $2 for each bottle?

The parking passes are $22, but free with multiple pass purchases. A season pass for drinks is $16, but you have to bring the cup on the visit
