Sri bhakta Hanuman temple by chinmaya mission is neatly maintained. Peaceful. View of the valley from here is amazing. Hanuman is huge and we went during afternoon closing time. We attended Hanuman chalisa bhajan. Priests were so happy to explain about the place. For those who want good sattvic vegetarian food there is an Annapoorani restaurant. From the nearby Ramboda village(2kms away) small kids come and study here. A pre school is there. When the teacher came to know my daughter studied in chinmaya school she warmly welcomed her into the classroom and showed it( it was just closing time and kids already left. But we saw them outside). Very nice place. Easily we can spend some quality time there. We were there for 2 hours. On the top of the mountain. In most of the Budhist Viharas they charged for foreigners ie non srilankans. But the Hindu temples here didn't charge any entry fee.

Jai Hanuman!

Historical importance and this temple was on the way to nuwara eliya from kandy it's a beautiful hill top view hence, not tourist place please remember it's pilgrimage place and open doors all of us. Temple services and Pooja not such a proper way

With family visited Annapurni hotel for lunch the food quality was not good as per the price and it was not actually an Indian Thali as they published on the menu, the plate had a few Sri Lankan curries.

Temple management ( Manager) has used THREE CURRIES FROM THE ANNATHANAM (ALMSGIVING)

Poor services of Temple manager rude and misbehaviors and few staff as well not suitable to be on temple premises.

chinmaya mission world wide and Local bodies should take a Note

Beautiful Hindu temple located in a beautiful mountain view. Just few away from the main road with a steep mountain drive. especially this place is popular among the Hindu pilgrimage but recommend to visit any visitor to see the beautiful view and spiritual place. if someone go for religious purpose better to check the time they open the door of the main shrine for the pilgrimage.

Old temple of Sri Lanka. Very well kept. Neat clean place. Religious value for Hindus. Was surprised to see a large number of foreigners. As you get out of temple, look in front at the skyline and you find the shape of mountain looks as if Hanumaan is lying there. My guide showed me this. :-). Worth a visit
