- JohnnyNottinghamshire, United Kingdom131 contributionsA brilliant day out for all agesI’ve not visited here for at least 25 years but was a fairly regular visitor as a child. I have many very fond memories of coming here and although on this visit i didn’t recognise anything this isn’t to the detriment of the experience White Post offers. As a day out it was brilliant with a friendly welcome from the lady on the ticket scanning setting the day off to a great start. We did decide to pay for some animal food and to do the tractor ride and both these I highly recommend doing. Feeding the animals is still fun even as an adult and the tractor ride was both fun and really informative. The staff here are fantastic so friendly and welcoming. Especially the the ladies in the tearoom who despite being very busy kept smiling. The tearoom itself served quite a wide choice of food and what we had was really nice and a good portion size and the cakes are lovely. Overall it’s not the White Post I remembered but I had an amazing day and would definitely go back and not leave it as long this time.Visited March 2023Travelled with friendsWritten 22 March 2023

- sam s9 contributionsPerfect experience for our daughters first visit to a farm.We came for a visit on Thursday, myself, my husband and our 9 month old baby girl. I just wanted to write an email and a review to thank your staff for such a lovely visit. We arrived early at 9.30 and to be honest didn't even check what time you opened. There was a male and female staff member near the car park that made us aware that it didn't open until 10am. We said we would go back to the car and wait until 10am but the lovely lady staff member, invited us into the cafe to have a hot drink and wait there until 10am. She was so kind and caring. Sadly I didn't get her name but she had short blonde hair and was with the male staff member who I believe was to do with advertising. If you do find out who she was, please say another special thank you from us! This gave us the chance to have a drink and feed our baby her breakfast, change her and we was ready for 10am to see the animals with her. It didn't seem much but to us it meant so much. To sit in the cafe, instead of struggling in the car with our baby. Also all the staff we encountered from the cafe staff, to the man who fed the meerkat, to the lady at gift shop/entrance were absolutely lovely. They all couldn't do enough for us. It really makes your visit so much nicer and was such a lovely experience for our baby girls first ever visit to the farm. Even though she is only 9 months, she absolutely loved it and had so many encounters seeing the animals up close. Its a lovely walk round and so well maintained. I can't recommend it enough!Visited September 2023Travelled with familyWritten 30 September 2023

Wonderful winter wonderland! We absolutely loved our experience with Santa with our two year old son. Although it was cold, we felt very well looked after with blankets in our sleigh! Our son loved meeting Santa and spending his snowflake coins in the shop. The elves were funny and welcoming.
As always, WPF is a brilliant place to visit with children and we really enjoyed our day at the farm. My dad had landed that morning from South Africa and was so happy to be able to see his grandson so delighted to meet Santa! It was also lovely to see the new lambs that had recently been born. We will be back soon!

Well run establishment, would recommend this farm to families. Staff are welcoming, and the animals are well looked after, we especially enjoyed our goat encounter, where we walked the goats around the farm.

Hello! Me and my 10 years old child are willing to visit here soon. Is it fine to enjoy the day without the experience of animal encounter? Also, can we still get up close with the farm animals by feeding them and cuddling? A big thanks! X

This is just a general question out of pure curiosity really. The animals at white post farm what happens to them do they just end up staying at the farm or end up as meat ?
Been going since I was a child and absolutely love the place it's great! Just always wondered what happens.
