Nice for a wander if it's raining out, there are some good high profile brands. However not quite as exciting/interesting as I thought it would be for a UK sightsee'er. It's pretty much like selfridges in the UK but not quite as good in my opinion.

I use to like this Bloomingdales's when they carried Ralph Lauren men's Black Label. Now it's not as good as I remembered. Lacking in assortment. Store lacked in customer service. Not one person approached me as I was browsing.

Ok, so I'm a bit biased because I love Bloomingdales. The have some relatively upscale designers but the real draw is their "Men's Store" house collection. I can't say enough good things about this... This is a Mag Mile location so it's a little larger than others and has a true city feel. I was very impressed with their customer... More

I like Bloomies. It is very pleasant to be there -- many high-end stores with an easy access to them all on different floors, convenient escalators and elevators, fantastic holiday decorations, proper information desk, and shop assistants are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Fitting rooms are pretty spacious. Prices are of course ... PRICES. But after all, you are in... More

This is a great high end store on Michigan Avenue and an obligated stop for shoppers interested in designer items. Building is nice and pleasant to walk.

For those who like shopping in nice surrounds. For men, excellent floor just for men, great selection of clothes and accessories.

I've been a longstanding fan of Bloomies from my days in NY; however, lately I find it harder to find things I want to buy (e.g., it didn't even carry the shade of Tom Ford nail polish I was looking for). Plus, service has gotten worse over the years. I was prompted to visit Bloomies during my recent trip to... More

I forgot my two evening dresses, so I had to rush shopping for one, Bloomingdales was the closest store to my hotel, went in and got a pretty dress Ralph Lauren for a good price and I will be able to wear it to different occasions.

The selection feels just selected with extra care. The staff is a model for good customer care.Bloomingdale's is located in a shopping mall, the selection is mostly quite exclusive. No crowds, but some may miss a more exciting choice of restaurants
