We went to mass at 11:15 on a Sunday and were able to find parking 5 minutes before mass started which is something I was worried about. The choir was beautiful, I read they have performed for the Pope and in Europe also. The architecture was gorgeous as you can tell by the pictures and the stained glass also very... More

This may be the most beautiful church I have ever seen. We happened upon it in the Lincoln Park area and we were greeted with coffee and doughnuts and a friendly woman who offered a booklet explaining the architecture. The congregation was friendly and the Mass included members of all ages. This could be a great parish to join.

St. Clement is really a neighborhood church, but built to impress from the solid outside to the spectacular mosaics, paintings and decorations on the inside. It is featured in many books as one of the most impressive churches in Chicago. Built in the Byzantine style, the architect was Thomas P. Barnett of the St. Louis firm of Barnett, Haynes &... More

My son's wedding took place in this church. The architecture and the accoustics are awesome. I can imagine that a church service would be The priests and staff were very helpful in all instances. There is a room off to the side for the ladies of the bridal party as well as a room behind for the guys. Deming Place... More
