Our tour guide was Jonathan. He not only knew a lot about pizza but he knew a lot of Chicago history. On the bus, Jonathan talked about different neighborhoods and of course Chicago sports trivia! We stopped at 4 different pizza places and Flo and Santos- Pizza and Pierogi was our favorite. The pizza was so different and not something... More

It is not often that I have availability to spend time with my grandchildren, so after reading that this behind the scenes tour of Chicago and visiting different pizza places in Chicago seemed like a great idea. I did leave however somewhat disappointed and would not advise this tour for parents with young children unless you are prepared to hear... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our tour. The guide (I think Nick was his name) was fun and very informative, and the pizza places were in various parts of the city, so you got a nice tour of Chicago as well. They styles/flavors of the pizzas and pizza joints were different, too, so you never felt like you were... More

My wife and I just finished the Chicago Pizza late morning/ early afternoon pizza tour. This is a bus tour to four different pizzerias around Chicago. Each one very different from each other so you are not tasting the same pizza. We got a history of each restaurant and why their pizza is different. We also got a bit of... More

My family & I (party of 12) had a great time on the tour! We're all Chicago natives who love pizza & thought this could be a fun group experience. We visited 4 places & tasted at least 8 pies. We liked that it forced you to try new types of pizza - sausage/sauerkraut, lasagna pizza, thin & deep dish,... More

I purchased tickets for this pizza tour for my boyfriends' birthday/Christmas present. And we were definitely not disappointed! We accidentally had started with the wrong tour that started at the same place and time and Jonathon was very welcoming and didn't seem to mind when we finally joined up with our correct tour. We loved every stop because they were... More

My friend and I enjoyed the Chicago Pizza Tour on a cold December day! Jonathon was an awesome tour guide who has a vast knowledge of the city and clearly loves Chicago pizza. I would recommend this tour for Chicagoans or out of towners! Chicago Pizza Tour makes it easy with text and email communications and reminders (and heated bus)!

This tour is perfect for out of town guests or long time locals. Jonathan was a fun, well spoken guide with many fun facts to share about pizza and the city. All our stops were top quality. We had my 80 year old parents and my college age children with us. It was a fun day for everyone.

I highly recommend the Pizza and Beer Tour. It's a pretty long tour, about 3.5 to 4 hours, so prepare ahead, but it's so worth it. The pizza is delicious and you get to visit a few different neighborhoods to get the real feel of being in Chicago. The atmosphere is lovely and the guide was a lot of fun.... More

Well organized, friendly group of people for a Sunday 1100 start-- plenty of food, great variety all made better with our tour guide Sydney (who was said to be new, but handled it like a pro). Great variety of pizza from thin crust to deep dish with some really different offering. I would recommend pacing yourself with the food because... More
