Nothing really special about this section of the park. Giant statues with no arms or heads. Just odd to me. I felt like I was touring the Capitol in DC while Congress is in session.

We walked from our hotel across Michigan Ave and spent some time walking through Grant Park. It was very enjoyable, including the statuary and beautiful setting. There is even a skatepark that looked very cool. Restrooms located at Buckingham Memorial Fountain.

Worth a visit if you like to take in culture, nature and a little exercise. Take the family, you'll be glad you did.

Knowing that Robin Williams donated money to the city to bring this art to the City is neat. Also the history of the stature is sad but interesting

Was pleased to see the upgrade of Grant Park on my most recent Chicago trip. There is a concerted effort to clean up the park and to renew grassy areas that have been dormant in the shaded areas. The fountain is in the midst of...More

Lots of walking in Chicago, and Grant Park is no exception. The Buckingham Fountain and a variety of statues make this a worthwhile destination. We'd recommend a full day or two of walking, including Grant Park. You can see so much by walking around, particularly...More

What a neat statue park, so unique and all the statues were made in Poland and shipped to Chicago, which is so neat because my daughter now lives in Poland. Stop by on your way walking to the Museum District/Soldier Field/Grant Park, or as you...More

Grant Park at the top of Millennium Park is an exciting experience. There is a lot of outdoor art to see and experience.

Often visitors' first stop in Chicago, The Loop is a
good starting point to sample the city's energy and
flavor. This central business district boasts
Michelin-rated restaurants, upscale hotels, premier
shopping, and enough arresting architecture to keep
your camera busy for hours. You won’t find too many
photo galleries of downtown Chicago without a shot of

No problem walking dogs on a leash. It was common to see them and their owners enjoying the walkways. You will notice certain areas of the park seem to attract more visitors, in fact, lots of them. Avoid those areas and use... More
