This is a great place to view modern art in Chicago. The location is great, the space is fun and they have great pieces, both long term and short term collections

This is a fun place, from someone verbally introducing you into a gallery to an actual live art couple rolling around on the floor. This museum takes contemporary to new heights. We did enjoy ourselves, but it may not appeal to all art enthusiast. Beware...More

It is their 50th anniversary and they are displaying many of their excellent works. It is arranged by theme and is well presented. After the show you must visit their museum store, it has the finest collection of quality items.

Had an hour or so to kill on a day trip to Chicago before seeing a musical at the Cadillac and decided to come here. Great choice! As other reviews have stated - not the size of the Art Institute of Chicago, but great pieces...More

This is a great place with lots of attributes. The building is very nice, with lots of light an open spaces. The entrance and the staff are nice and the admission is reasonable, if art museums are your thing. I enjoy modern art because of...More

If you're not into cubism or any of the "installation" types of contemporary art, you might not find the MCA as interesting as the Art Institute. But you'd be passing up an often overlooked gem in the heart of Chicago's Gold Coast. But if you've...More

Great place to visit often overlooked by visitors since Chicago has so culture to explore. We visited this and saw Amazing and cool Takashi Murakami exhibit. My favorite the smiling daisies. Puts me in a happy place. 😊😎

I recently went to the MCA to check out the Murakami exhibit. It was a sought after exhibit! So many people were there. The layout was great and the flow of traffic for that many people to check everything out wasn't bad. The staff were...More

Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy
Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of
restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities.
You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the
docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the
captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you
enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you
can also visit other popular attractions there such as

I don't have an answer but I thought you might want to try a phone number posted on the museum's website for the "Performance Programs" area: 312-397-4085
