Friendly people who work there

Very friendly, they make their own fudge, donuts, jams, you name it. Very seasonal. Kind of high but good quality so its worth it.

I'm just not a big fan of this place. Lots of their produce comes in from other places. Cookies are good. Overpriced on everything, including plants. Not especially friendly employees, in fact sometimes it's hard to get help, even when not busy.

Our first trip to the Apple Barn will definitely not be our last. Just walking in the place is a wonderful experience, the aromas overwhelm your senses. Besides so many different varieties of apples, there are jars of all kinds of butters, jams, pickled and brandied items, as well as freshly made fudge, baked breads, bars and pies. Outside there... This is a GREAT little business. I have been coming here for at least 10 years. Food items are second to none and plants are beautiful and priced reasonably. People are friendly and always ready to help. I love it here.

I stop there frequently to buy plants, apples, other food. I like their desserts, their caramel apples are incredible! Pastries are quite good. I like their plants. Planters are quite pricey in my opinion. I base that on having bought and seen comparable or same planters at other places in and out of the area. Apples are good, cider is... More

The staff are awesome and super helpful. Beautiful plants, many home made food items (jellies, salsas, noodles). Apple cider is the best i have ever had. Bakery is fantastic. They sell apple cider slushies. If you have never had one, i highly recommend. Insurance wont let them let us pick apples anymore, but when in season, they do have blackberry... More

The Apple Barn is way more than apples. The offer everything from meats and cheeses to cider and homemade pastries. My wife and I purchase all of our outdoor plants, pots and and even purchased a fountain for our pool deck this summer. Gayle and her husband Dean have a wonderful business that's open from April through I think the... More

Stopped here for a caramel apples. We weren't disappointed. Bought 3 small ones. Also ended up with some fudge, not sure how that happened. Lol. The lady who helped was really sweet & told us about melting the chocolate fudge to put on ice cream. Yumm. My only complaint, if you can call it that, is I wish they had... More

One of a few wonderful places in Chatham to visit in spring, summer or fall. Fresh veggies, candy, yummy bakery goods, and of course, apples. In the spring gorgeous flowers. You can't be bored here!
