My wife and I had a wonderful day at the zoo. Sunny skies and small crowd made strolling around the zoo very pleasurable. We waited until schools were back in session so it wasn't so crowded. Enjoyed seeing all the wonderful animals and the zoo...More

We had an awful time here this weekend! After paying $132 just for admission, we were severely disappointed at the lack of animals out. The bathrooms were filthy and a mouse ran across the counter where we ordered our ice cream from! Lincoln Park Zoo...More

I hadn't been to the Brookfield Zoo since I was in elementary school, and since then have been to world-class zoos - and didn't know whether my good memories when I was young were going to be confirmed. Overall I my memories were confirmed. Zoo...More

Some of the best memories I have of my childhood is here. My Dad brought me here a lot growing up. We loved the Dolphin show the most. It continues to change and get better for the animals as well as the visitors

The quality of the exhibits is good and are set up in a way that makes it very easy to see the animals. It's an attractive and well-maintained space and a very pleasant way to spend a day. The set-up requires a lot of outdoor...More

My review is only for the Backstage Adventure within The Swamp exhibit, not for the whole zoo. If you're not familiar, Backstage Adventures can be found/purchased/scheduled on the Brookfield Zoo's website (must be done in advance), and they have several different ones available. In short,...More

I take my two grandchildren at least once a week. We love it. We pack a lunch and just go. There is so much to do. The carousel is a big hit and right now the butterfly exhibit is a must. The animals are great....More

What a beautiful oasis in suburban Chicago. Filled with huge old shade trees, gorgeous gardens, and meandering paths, the zoo is an amazing place which attracts visitors of all ages. The animal exhibit areas are extremely clean, and the animals have room to roam. In...More

Hi, I am unaware of a reciprocal agreement between other zoos. I would call the zoo to find out about special pricing. There is a Metra stop called the Hollywood stop that I think is within walking distance, but of course... More
