Chandraprabha sanctuary is the most beautiful place in District-Chandauli. It is on small hill area of Vindhya mountain. Wild scenes, Rajdari and Dev dari fountain, Chandraprabha barrage/dam are places to visit. Opened daily.

2-2.5 hrs journey from Varanasi..The environment here is very scenic and peaceful..the main attractions are Rajdari and Devdari waterfalls,that offer a superb scenic beauty..The waterfalls is also exciting for bathing...Lakhaniyadari is a nice option also...

this is a very good picnic spot. Yahan stand ke naam par lutere baithe hain. Visitors se manmana paisa vasulate hain. Rate of car stand is Rs.50/- whereas Rs 100/- is being charged for the same.

I think, cooking is not permitted now. though you can enjoy the picnic with prepared food, snacks and biscuits. The time to visit the place must be between 10:00 AM to 04:00 PM as the route in forest remains lonely at... More
