We started out at Bull Run for our century ride. We were the first to park in the small paved parking lot. There was a decent amount of pine needles on the trail. We went up to Osburn where we were going to turn around at Gene Day Park. Unfortunately the park was closed, despite signage reading that it should... More

From everything I have read, the trail, especially between Harrison and Plummer, is beautiful. With that in mind, we were finishing our Canadian Rockies road trip by driving to Harrison, ID from Canada, intending to stay overnight in Harrison and bike that portion of the trail. First of all, getting to Harrison was a nightmare. After getting off I 90,... More

We are gentle riders - just out to enjoy the scenery and like flat easy trails! We got on at the Cataldo trailhead and rode up to The Snakepit restaurant, had lunch and 'mozied' back. A lovely, relaxing afternoon.

We have done this trail twice now starting in Kellogg ID to Harrison Marina and back. We did it in one day, 76 miles and took about 5-6 hours. Very pretty scenery through woods and along the river and lake. It's not heavily trafficked and you do lose cell service in many areas. The trail that continues to Plummer IF... More

We spent the morning hiking a portion of the trail grabbing geocaches along the way. We moved from parking area to parking area and grabbed the closer caches to parking. The trail was scenic with a creek running along part of it. The geocaches were easy to get to and not too hard to find.

This paved bike trail is awesome. It is very scenic most of the time and has numerous access points. The best part for us was along Coeur d Alene Lake south of Harrison

Riding this trail again this year with my wife and her new recumbent trike. The scenery is awe inspiring and we almost always see moose. The trail never seems to be crowded and I'm planning on doing the one day Mullan to Plummer trip for the whole 73 miles. Simply beautiful.

I had a group of friends drop me off at the Mullen trailhead. I understand that this is the start/end of the paved trail. The first 18 miles or so were downhill. There were great towns along the way with lots to explore. Be sure to take a stop in Wallace, this town has a great feel to it. The... More

We rode from Plummer to Mullen and back to Wallace our first day. We stayed in a hotel in Wallace and left our car at the trail head in Plummer. The next day we rode from Wallace back to Plummer and picked up our car. This trail is nice for those looking for longer rides. Our 2 rides were 80... More

Rode about 15 miles of the trail (although it goes on for much more!) from Wallace to Kellogg. Easy, flat and scenic bike ride. Well marked and just off Route 90
