We came here on a Saturday morning because it is adults only from 9-11 am on Saturday and Sundays. They have the lazy river going, and the water slides, and you can swim and play around without a bunch of people. We were 2 of the 6 people in the play pool and there were maybe 10 people in the lap pool. We like to walk backwards in the lazy river for aerobic exercise which is only allowed during adult times.
The grounds are well kept and clean. Bathrooms are clean. There are a lot of lawn chairs available for us. Very fun place to go!

Brought a bunch of people from out of town and they were impressed that such a great water park existed in a small town. Everything is well taken care of and clean. The only thing I noticed was that there was A LOT of standing water in the changing room. I understand it's a pool and it's going to be wet in there, but it seemed like there was inadequate drainage.

This is the only show in town in the middle of hot summers. Two small water slides, lots of kiddie pool area, a small circular lazy river, and then a regular sized swimming pool for those who want to do laps. Also, a small snackbar with unhealthy things to eat and drink.
If you want a giant water slide and exciting rides, drive a couple of hours north to Silverwood. lf you want to cool off in the water with your neighbors and have a BBQ and spend virtually nothing doing it - HLAC is your spot.

My kids loved the 2 water slides -- one of the slides is fast. Very fast. They also loved the diving board, which is just a diving board a few feet from the water but popular with kids. There is a lot of "splash" pool area and a tiny "lazy river" -- these are really for the 5 and under crowd. Giant shaved ices from the concession stand were a big hit and cheap. Parking is free. Lots of lifeguards everywhere. This is a great summertime visit.

This was great to beat the heat and for kids of all ages. Ours range from 2-10 and there was something for everyone and things we could do together as well! You can bring your own food, lots of chairs and shade too.

A great place for families with young children. Unfortunately it is only opened from June until mid to end of August because most of the staff consists of college and HS students.

When the grand kids come in summer they always look forward to at least one trip to the Aquatics Center. Great slides and big enough that we've never felt there were too many. At the end of the season they host a dog swim. Perfect for your four-legged companion, but also a great event to go watch the dogs enjoy the pool.

We always take our grandkids here when they visit in the summer. There are a variety of water activities for various ages. Plenty of outdoor space for sunning and relaxing as well.

There are family passes only for the whole season. If you are only going to come for a few days you will be better off paying the regular price

Is there permitted to enter with the dogs? Most of the available photos on the internet showing dogs as there bathe... I would not feel comfortable to swim with the dogs in the pool :-O
