The slides are fun, and after reading their website about precautions being taken we thought we would give it a try. They take your temperature before entering the park.
All of the staff were wearing masks. They have social distancing markers in place, but most people were not adhering to them. There is no staff enforcing social distancing rules. I would stay out of the wave pool and the lazy river and recommend the park close those two features. There is no way to control people bumping into you and getting too close. This is a fun place, but I would not return during the virus unless they provide staff to enforce the social distancing rules.

Buyer beware! If you have a wristband with money on it be prepared to lose it. Bought a new season pass this year and they refused to transfer the balance from last year to new wristband. Was told they could if I paid an additional $10 for a new wristband that isn’t needed. Way over priced! Horrible customer service!

My son loves this place, and would about live there if possible. The price is a bit high, but understandable. Gets crowded and becomes a nuisance at times with rude children. Still the excitement and thrills are "over the top" my son says!

The lazy river is worth admission all on its own! There is a really nice area for small children. The only problem is that they don’t let parents go down with their child the first time so kids can get used to water slides. We still had a total blast.

I decided to not buy a season pass this year because we are travelling out of state. My kids wanted to visit to go before we leave. I decided not to swim and go in the water but I still have to pay half of the full day pass just to be a spectator. First, management need to change that term. I am here to safeguard my kids and watch over them. I am not spectating Anything here! Food is greasy and nasty served by teenagers doing summer jobs. Only one drinking station, pavement is very hot, yuu can’t take water shoes to the riders. Restrooms are nasty. This is what happens when you let majority of teenagers run the place. This will be the last time I’m taking my kids here. I’d rather travel to a different state.

Excited for the upcoming expansion. The population growth of the area has made this place tough to maneuver the last few years. But its always a good time. Nice wave pool and lazy river. Only have about 5 rides but will be much better after expansion.

I think that is waterpark is great but the weight limit for the rides is a bit discouraging and frankly can ruin a trip. My boyfriend and I visited this water park after me going many times, and this was his first. We couldn't enjoy a majority of the rides due to the weight limit for individual rides and two person tubes. We planned the trip based on going here and will not be back to see the expansion knowing we won't be able to our money's worth that we spent on the tickets. Let me preference by saying the weight limit was off by 3-5 pounds and they still denied us riding.

We stopped for a day just to play in this water park. It was clean and well run. Food was great! The lines were not bad, although we visited on a Friday. Kept us busy for at least 6 hours before we ran out of energy.

Holy smokes, this place is BIG. It was, obviously, super crowded, but that's to be expected. I love that they have different areas for different age groups. Our kids were 6 when we went and there's a great pool area with slides that fit their comfort level. If you wanted to pump up the adrenaline though, they had that as well.

We visited friends in Boise and both families had a blast at this wonderful park. Staff is great, park is clean and variety of food to choose from is excellent. Big park with rides for every level of excitement.
Ownership has done extensive work laying out social distancing measures for the public to follow. Please remember when you see a bad rating given to ANY business due to social distancing measures, it is up to the business to take the measures and then up to the public to FOLLOW the measures. This park is following the guidelines and any complaint you see I guarantee is a "public following the measures" issue. Grow up and be responsible adults for a change.

Hi Nancy,
Meridian RV Park is right across the freeway from Roaring Springs, but of you're looking for a wilderness camping experience I would point you in the direction of either Garden Valley or Idaho City. There may be a KOA campground in Boise as well. Hope to see you this summer!
