Drove all the way from Utah to come and enjoy the hot springs with our friends. We were turned away because one of our friends had a spiked seltzer drink in her hand. After seeing the sign posted on the door, our intentions were to...More

This was one of the busiest I have ever seen the Hot Springd-people lining up to pay and all ponds full. It was still a very enjoyable experience and I will continue to visit each time I’m in Lava.

An accidental visit for us, but soooooo well worth the time! True primordial bliss, a mud bath would make this visit over the top. Affordable, clean and heated dressing/rest rooms and many comfortably clean pools to choose from with varying heat levels with some shades...More

We lucked out as it was a cool, 60 deg day and cloudy so there weren’t many people at the hot spring. Very refreshing and you feel clean after getting out. It’s cheaper to go during the week than weekend. Mahalo!!!

I guess I was comparing this to Crystal Hot Springs. First of all is a small place with very strict rules, they checked all of our stuff. We weren't even allowed to even bring the beach umbrella in. They barely have any space to sit,...More

Came here to show my wife a place that I had gone to years ago during the winter to just sit in the pools and relax. The place was still pretty relaxing. The only problem is that there were a number of non-English speaking people...More
